- Puerto Rico: Couple Photographs UFO over Naranjito

- Technical personnel from the PRRG performed an optical and scientific analysis employing Adobe Photoshop 6.0 on three photos depicting an unidentified flying object with a solid shape that made peculiar and typical movements. These movements created a plasma vortex, which is nothing more than the accumulation of energy made up of radiation and heat.
- According to the witnesses, the object emitted a very potent and intermittent light. This indicates that high levels of radiation took place in its surroundings, interacting by colliding between the Earth's magnetic field and the magnetic force lines of hydrogen and oxygen in the planet's atmosphere, causing it to glow in various colors and generating a significant amount of positive ions.
- Witness Report: It all happened on Friday, March 17, 2008 at 9:56 p.m. when my husband and I looked out on a clear, unclouded night. What we saw that evening was to the north of our point of view, as it was possible to see a mountainous area in the background which gave us a more precise point of reference for the [object's] position with regard to our own. My husband saw a brilliant light through the window, flashing in various colors and remaining static in the sky. He then summoned me to witness the event, and we were both able to clearly see the blinking light."
- Among the characteristics of a UFO sighting, we know that these [objects] have the capability or property of transforming themselves into energy, adopting a different shape. Their colors are more intense. We can interpret that at that time they issue a maximum quantity of radiation microwaves, x-rays, magnetism and others beyond our scientific knowledge.
- We must bear in mind that these vehicles or craft violate all physical laws known to mankind when they appear in our reality. To my understanding, these craft are governed by a dimensional space- time principle, which has hitherto been the only logical explanation that accounts for their presence in our 3-D reality.
- We know from experience that this location is rich in UFO events (flaps) and the residents of this town [Naranjito] mostly discuss their own encounter experiences with unidentified flying objects. We hope to be able to share with you other incidents that may occur at this location.
- Puerto Rico is currently undergoing a UFO flap. There is a considerable amount of information reaching us; some of it cannot be published due to the sensitive nature of the subject.
- We would like to thank our technical staff for their work and analytical work in the interpretation of this enigma, which has always appeared to elude our understanding.
